Freedom of the what?

Freedom of the press has long been a bulwark of American rights.  Such freedom now seems undermined by presidential threats against media companies.

Today’s saga is that Trump not only denied asking “to dramatically expand the U.S. nuclear arsenal,” but then also tweeted about challenging NBC’s license to report this.

The president literally wrote:  …at what point is it appropriate to challenge their License?  Bad for country!  What’s actually bad for the country is a president who would hit the delete button on anything he disagrees with.  And what’s even worse is a president who would impulsively hit the nuclear button.  (Not to mention a president who willfully capitalizes common nouns…)
