But there’s another Joe that’s been in the spotlight for centuries. That Joe has been found to have some astounding health benefits. Especially if you don’t offset them with a whole lot of cream and sugar.
Moderate amounts of coffee (as in two to four cups per day before noon) have been “linked to preventing major diseases” such as cardiovascular ones, type 2 diabetes, dementia, and even certain cancers.
Yet too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. So how do you know when “much” is too much? Simply put: If you can’t get through the day without more and more, you’re probably over that line.
