this seems excessive, then what wouldn’t? Who can put a price on that which is priceless?
Ricks had been framed by the Detroit police “for a fatal shooting outside a restaurant in 1992.” The so-called
evidence included two bullets that didn’t match up with the alleged
murder weapon.
