Steph Curry 'can do all things'

Ever wonder where Steph Curry gets all his strength, stamina and smarts?

Steph doesn’t.  His favorite Bible verse, Philippians 4:13, makes that perfectly clear:  I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Under Armour, the company which Curry aligns with, incorporates this verse into its sneaker design.  The words “I can do all things” can be found “on the inside of the [shoe] tongue.”

After making shots during games, Curry “taps his chest and points up.”  He is reminding everyone of the Source, and has explained that this gesture means “have a heart for God.”

Putting his money where his heart is, Curry literally saves lives “with every 3-pointer he makes.” He’s been donating three mosquito nets per 3-pointer to the African foundation “Nothing But Nets.”  These donations, which are then matched by the Warriors, save vulnerable children from deadly malaria.  Thus far, “over 7,326 families” have been blessed by such generosity.
