Walk Faster, Age Slower

A leisurely stroll might feel relaxing, but a brisk walk might help you live longer.

It’s got to do with the length of the telomeres.  Telomeres are protective DNA regions that are located on the end of chromosomes.  Longer telomeres have been associated with longer lives.

So do not go gentle into that good night.  Walk briskly away from the dying of the light.
