The Huffington Post
reports that during the last few weeks alone, there have been three serious attacks on Jews within France.
Last Thursday, a Jewish teacher was hit in the face and chest by a vicious group of three. These thugs also forcibly drew a swastika "on the man's bare chest" with a black magic marker.
A week ago, an Israeli in Paris was "attacked with a stun gun outside a synagogue." Two weeks ago, "a French Jew was assaulted on the Metro."
If it seems as though such incidents are becoming fairly common, statistics bear this out. According
to an EU survey, almost one third of French Jews have "experienced anti-Semitic harassment in the past year."
