Longer Journey

It is generally agreed upon that even the longest journey begins with a first step.  Yet the debate continues as to how many steps are needed for life’s own journey to lengthen.

Ten-thousand steps per day used to be a recommended amount for “extended longevity.”  If you’re over 60 and this seems daunting, good news is on the horizon.  It is now thought that “6,000 to 8,000 steps a day” can yield “longevity benefits” for seniors.
